Daily maintenance of Zhongtai Zhizao automatic cutting machine

Automatic cutting machine needs regular maintenance every day, which is divided into daily inspection, weekly inspection and monthly inspection. The specific maintenance is as follows:

First, daily inspection and maintenance matters

1. Punch: Remove the punch, remove the cutting knife, and check the knife width with vernier caliper. Measure the upper, middle and lower values of the cutter, take the average and fill in the first item of the cutting setting: the current cutter. Ensure the cutting accuracy through daily measurement.

2. Eccentric sleeve: lubricate the joint between the eccentric sleeve and the pull rod to prevent the eccentric sleeve from breaking due to excessive wear.

3. Air pressure: Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the total air pressure is 0.5MPa and the Y-rail air pressure is 0.1MPa to ensure the normal and free movement of the cylinder.

4. Grinding stone belt: Confirm whether the grinding stone circular belt can rotate smoothly. To prolong the service life of the belt, please apply a little lubricating oil to the belt.1-4 suggestions should be made before bed cutting every day.

5. Machine: use an air gun to clean the periphery of the X-direction and Y-direction guide rails and synchronous belts, the inside of the machine head and the inside of the toothed belt of Y-guide rails, so as to ensure the cleanliness around the machine.

6. Cutter head: Use air gun to clean the cutter head, so as to prevent the cutting from being affected by cloth scraps and sundries blocking the grinding wheel inside the cutter head.

7. Cross cursor: confirm whether the cross cursor can return to the labeling place after the origin is reset.5-7 suggestions should be made after bed cutting every day.

Second, check the maintenance items every week

1. Guide rail: lubricate the guide rails in X direction and Y direction. First of all, it can prevent the guide rail from rusting, and then ensure that it can move briskly in X and Y directions.

2. Slider: Take out the slider, wipe off the old grease around the slider, apply red high-temperature resistant lubricating oil evenly on all sides again, and gently wipe the lubricating oil evenly with a soft, non-chipping cloth before reinstalling the slider. Because the slider will move up and down at high speed during the cutting process, if it is not carefully oiled, it will greatly affect the service life of the slider.

3. Movable filter plate: Open the inspection plate on the seat plate and take out the movable filter plate to remove cloth scraps and impurities.

4. Cylinder polished rod and sliding rod: Oil the polished rod and sliding rod of the cylinder to ensure continuous and easy cylinder movement.

5. Bristles: Use air guns, tweezers, etc. to remove cloth debris and broken bristles, so as to avoid cutting bristles due to bending and cracks.

6. Vacuum pump inverter: clean the fan of vacuum pump inverter to avoid shortening the service life of inverter due to inconvenient heat dissipation.

The above contents are suggested to be carried out after the bed cutting work is completed every weekend.

Third, check the maintenance items every month

1. Bristle screw: Check whether the bristle screw is loose and oil the bristle drive chain. Ensure that there will be no rust on the chain, which will affect the transmission.

2. Vacuum pump drives the V-belt: check that the vacuum pump drives the V-belt and presses it with fingers, and check the bending amount, wear and cracks.

3. Vacuum pump: Remove the oil cap on the vacuum pump and inject lubricating oil into the bearing of the vacuum pump to ensure the quiet and normal operation of the vacuum pump.

4. Synchronous belt: Check the tightness of X-axis and Y-axis synchronous belt, whether the tooth profile is complete and whether the belt is cracked.

The above contents are suggested to be carried out at the end of each month after the bed cutting work is completed.
