First, the fault phenomenon: the punching noise is loud?

Cause of failure:

1. Punching needle or shaft sleeve is not installed correctly;

2. The drill chuck is not well matched with the bearing shaft;

3. The motor bearing is damaged or the bearing is detached from the rotor;

4. The cylinder speed is too fast;

5. Punch the grindstone.

Solution:

1. Whether the piercing needle is correctly installed between the needle and the drilling sleeve and lubricated;

2. Check whether the bearing shaft and drill sleeve are installed correctly or have different machining centers;

3. Check whether the carbon brush is used up, whether it is installed correctly, and whether the bearing and shell inside the punching motor are loose;

4. Adjust the speed of the air cylinder of the punch;

5. Check the position of the punch and the grindstone, and readjust the position of the grindstone.

Second, the failure phenomenon: the punching needle falls off.

Cause of failure:

1. The punching needle is not tightened, or the punching fabric is thick or hard;

2. The fabric is easy to melt, and the punching needle will be glued firmly when punching;

Solution:

1. Check whether the punching needle is broken or falls off completely. If it falls off, check whether the drilling jacket is not tightened;

2. Clean the stickies on the punching needle in time.

Third, the fault phenomenon: the punch does not punch or cannot be lowered.

Cause of failure:

1. The trachea pops up;

2. The knob of the wiring connector is loose;

3. The sensor is damaged;

4. Blocked by the grinding device;

5. The cylinder regulating valve is loose;

6. The cutting software is set to no punching device;

7. The solenoid valve of the punching cylinder is damaged or the related lines and connectors are loose.

Solution:

1. Check whether the tracheal connection is intact or unblocked;

2. Check whether the wiring and cylinder control valve knob are tightened;

3. Check whether the sensor of the perforated cylinder is normal;

4. Check whether the decline of the punch is affected by the grinding device;

5. Check whether the software setting is for drilling motor in operation;

6. Replace the connector of punching solenoid valve and the connector of punching solenoid valve to confirm whether it is solenoid valve fault or cable fault.

Fourth, the fault phenomenon: continuous drilling several times and finally alarm.

Cause of failure:

1. The sensor loose position changes;

2. The sensor-related wiring connector is loose;

3. The fabric is too hard to punch;

4. The air valve is not properly adjusted.

Solution:

1. Check whether the sensor is normal under punching. At the punching down position, the punching down sensor should always be on;

2. Manually operate the solenoid valve, put the puncher in the descending position, and check whether the sensor is always on. If not, please use the word precision to adjust the sensor position;

3. Check the related wiring connectors of the sensor.

V. Failure phenomenon: The front grinding wheel does not turn.

Cause of failure:

1. The belt is broken or falls off;

2. Bearing damage;

3. The bearing is crushed to death by the fixed screw under the short grinding wheel of the grinding wheel shaft;

4. Tighten the length of the "upper" fastening screw on the grinding wheel shaft and jack the grindstone.

Solution:

1. Check that the cross round belt and the small round belt are connected correctly or in good condition;

2. Replace the bearing with a new one;

3. Replace the grinding wheel shaft;

4. Replace the fixing screw on the grinding wheel.

Vi. Failure phenomenon: the rear grinding wheel does not turn.

Cause of failure:

1. Broken belt;

2. Bearing damage;

3. The bearing is crushed to death by the fixed screw under the short grinding wheel of the grinding wheel shaft;

4. Tighten the length of the fastening screw on the grinding wheel shaft and jack the grindstone.

Solution:

1. Check whether the round belt is in good condition;

2. Replace the bearing with a new one;

3. Replace the grinding wheel shaft;

4. Replace the fixing screw on the grinding wheel.

Seven, fault phenomenon: the front and rear grinding wheels do not turn.

Cause of failure:

1. V-belt is disconnected;

2. The round belt is disconnected;

3. The rotating bearing is stuck;

4. The sharpening motor is damaged or the carbon brush is exhausted;

5. The power line of the sharpening motor has poor contact;

6. The circuit breaker of the sharpening motor is OFF, and the RT relay is burnt out;

7. In terms of parameters.

Solution:

1. Check whether the round belt is in good condition; Or whether the grinding wheel is stuck;

2. Check whether the V-belt is in good condition;

3. Check whether the motor rotates normally without load to determine whether the rotating bearing is normal;

4. Replace the carbon brush of the sharpening motor;

5. Check whether the motor wiring plug is loose or whether the sharpening circuit breaker in the electric cabinet is turned on and whether the RT relay is burned.

Eight, fault phenomenon: the grinding system is noisy.

Cause of failure:

1. The screw of the grinding device is loose, and the grinding wheel can jump up and down when worn;

2. The motor carbon brush is exhausted;

3. Two grindstones are grinded;

4. Sharpen sharpens the groove block.

Solution:

1. Check whether the grinding device and the screw for fixing the grinding wheel are fastened;

2. Drag the grinding wheel by hand to check whether the grinding wheel can shake up and down. If yes, please replace the grinding wheel and bearing.

3. Check whether the grinding wheel is aligned. If it is aligned, please readjust the grinding wheel.

4. Check whether the motor carbon brush is correctly installed or used up.

9. Failure phenomenon: No grinding action or grinding alarm.

Cause of failure:

1. There is no air pressure due to the loosening of the air pressure regulating valve of the grinding cylinder or no flow due to the loosening of the flow adjusting knob;

2. The connecting rod screw falls off;

3. The grinding cylinder sensor is damaged, or the sensor circuit is faulty;

4. The solenoid valve is damaged or the solenoid valve circuit is faulty;

5. The cutter head is deformed or the position of the punching cylinder is not properly installed or loose.

Solution:

1. Check whether the grinding cylinder pressure and connecting rod screw are working normally by pushing the grinding device by hand;

2. Check that the solenoid valve wiring and valve body are normal;

3. Check whether the sensor wiring and sensor of the grinding cylinder are normal;

4. Check the parameters (presence of grinding device).
