THREE、Machine head and Y guide rail-Common faults of automatic cutting machine and their solutions


XVI. Failure phenomenon: the square cutter box is stuck.

Cause of failure:

1. The square cutter box is damaged when the cutter is broken during cutting;

2. The gap between the square knife box and the square knife box sleeve is too small, and it expands when it is cut or does not touch the oil for the square knife box according to the requirements;

3. If the upper cutter screw is too long, the slider will be damaged.

Solution:

1. Check the shape change and size of the square cutter box and the flexibility of the handle shaft;

2. Check whether the square cutter box sleeve is deformed and whether the cutter is stable;

3. Check whether the center of the square cutter box is consistent with the center of the pull rod and eccentric sleeve, and check the friction between the cutter and the plano-convex grinding wheel and the cutter groove block.

17. Failure phenomenon: the small connecting rod fork rod is stuck.

Cause of failure:

1. Parts are worn and bearings are damaged;

2. The center of the small connecting rod is inconsistent with the center of the eccentric sleeve.

Solution:

1. Check whether it is caused by broken knife or pull rod disconnection;

2. Check the wear of relevant bearings and parts;

3. Check whether the relevant screws are loose.

18. Failure phenomenon: the belt of the balance wheel slips out or breaks.

Cause of failure:

1. The belt is seriously worn or excessively tightened;

2. The idler pulley of the balance wheel is different from the middle pulley in the same plane;

3. The long sleeve is not perpendicular to the bottom plate.

Solution:

1. Check the wear condition when the belt is disconnected to determine whether it is a wear problem or a quality problem;

2. Check whether the tightening position of the balance wheel is due to excessive tightening;

3. When the belt slips out, check whether the position of the idler pulley and the middle pulley are in a straight line;

4. Check the straightness of the belt.

XIX. Failure phenomenon: the cutter head shakes.

Cause of failure:

1. The cutting fabric is too thick, or the fabric is seriously fused, resulting in excessive tool resistance;

2. The air pressure of the platen cylinder is damaged or the pressure is too small;

3. The friction between the cutter and the flat grinding wheel, convex grinding wheel and cutter groove block is too large and the fit is not good;

4. The clearance between the polished rod of the cutter head and the linear bearing is too large.

Solution:

1. Check whether the air pressure and air pipe of the platen cylinder are normal;

2. Check whether the wear of the linear bearing of the cutter seat has caused the cutter head to shake;

3. Check whether the platen locking cylinder and its device are normal, and appropriately increase the pressure of the cloth platen;

4. Check whether the cut fabric is too thick or the fabric has melted;

5. Check the friction between the cutter and the plano-convex grinding wheel of the cutter groove block.

20. Failure phenomenon: The sharpening belt is broken or falls off.

Cause of failure:

1. Wear and use;

2. When the belt is installed, it is scratched or the belt size is incorrect.

Solution:

1. When replacing the belt, pay attention to the use of the belt. It is normal to be cut off or naturally disconnected because the belt is worn down and the tension is reduced;

2. If the new belt is disconnected or cut off, please confirm whether the installation method and the size of the belt are correct;

3. When the cross belt falls off, please confirm the correct cross mode and add a little grease to the belt.

21. Fault phenomenon: V belt for sharpening is broken.

Cause of failure:

1. The belt is badly worn;

2. The pulley stop screw is loose and the pulley moves up and down;

3. The two pulleys are too low or too high, causing the V-belt to rub against the aluminum plate;

4. The belt is too tight.

Solution:

1. Check whether the leather is seriously worn when it is broken;

2. Check whether the V pulley and the grinding motor pulley are in the same plane.

22. Failure phenomenon: Y guide rail jitter

Cause of failure:

1. This phenomenon will occur if the X-axis belt rises too tightly or the left-right tension is uneven;

2. There is too much oil on the bearing wheel of the single guide rail model, and the screws are loose.

Solution:

1. Check whether the linear guide rail and linear bearing are in good condition;

2. Check whether the left and right bracing plates and the X synchronous belt are loose;

3. Check that the gap between the gear and the rack is too large or seriously worn.

23. Failure phenomenon: Y guide belt is broken.

Cause of failure:

1. The motor pulley and the forward pulley are not on the same plane;

2. The belt is not straight or the tension is too high.

Solution:

1. Check whether the belt tensioner of Y guide rail and the motor pulley are in the same plane;

2. Check whether the belt cutting is even and straight.

24. Fault phenomenon: Y guide rail noise

Cause of failure:

1. The Y guide rail housing is installed and rubs against the belt or motor;

2. The small sprocket chain or Y guide belt rubs against the shell;

3. There is an error between the vertical position of the servo motor installation and the cooperation between the pulley and the belt. When the nose is close to the origin of the Y axis, there will be a buzzer of the servo mechanism.

Solution:

1. Check whether the installation of Y-guide housing collides with belt or motor;

2. Check whether the small sprocket chain or Y guide belt collides with the shell;

3. There is an error between the vertical position of the servo motor installation and the cooperation between the pulley and the belt. When the nose is close to the origin of the Y axis, the buzzer of the servo mechanism will appear. The solution is to adjust the position of the servo motor and the installation position of the belt.
